Nostalgia
i went to xl's bf's exhibition with sq today and it felt very nice to meet up with them again since the last time i saw them was months ago and i didn't manage to go hk with them in the end.
we chatted about stuff and accompanied the very bored xl... and it suddenly dawned on me how much we had changed since our upper secondary days together. all of us changed in one way or another, be it looks-wise, status-wise, thinking-wise... and suddenly it seems that we are all having different goals and concerns in life, much unlike 5 years ago when all that we lived for was good O level results. i guess that's inevitable bah...
although i'm happy for all of us to be working hard for the different things we want in the future, i can't help feeling nostalgic... how we were so united towards our goal of overcoming the Os, the memorising of chinese literature in the canteen, the throwing of pebbles in pandan reservior...
am still glad that despite the differences, we are still friends today =)
so when's our next worm outing?? =p
