updates
i'm finally back after a week's mia-ing from the online (ie. msn) scene since like the start of my IA (industrial attachment) hehe. finally found some time to update on my past week after anyhow do finish my real estate hw. ever heard of a hw even b4 the first lect?? =S
oki first abt my IA, its, as expected, not chem engin related at all. not tat the company is not chem engin related. it actually is, in one dept, but i'm not in tat dept.=p
so anyway my dept is operations so sth like the front line la. the company basically repairs turbine parts for aeroplanes den after repairing, send back to the customers. so the dept i work wif oversee the repairing of one kind of turbine part and do up the sales reports sth like tat la... actualli after being deceived by the simple company name now den i learnt its like the top company specialising in this in spore den the customers all worldwide one.
for my first 4 daes there i basically jus do admin stuff lor. the guys there (yes i'm the only gal =x) all quite nice to me la.. when they ask me to do the admin stuff they will teach me wat i'm doin it for, wats the meaning of the parts, the codes, the names of certain things. so hai2 hao3 (still ok) la. jus very mech engin lor haha...
in perfect contrast to pj (dun b gek gal =p) altho i'm also the only gal in my office but my office has a quite big female toilet so i hav the whole toilet to myself! hehehe...
but still the job is sian so far. din make any new frens so quite lonely. altho i got a desk n comp but no internet. tats y keep sms-ing ple to keep myself awake.. paiseh to the ple i keep disturbing =p.. wan to noe my colleagues more too but they r all so bz everytime..haiz..
okies enuff abt work, some updates abt non-work life. had a reli nice gathering at xy's place on tues. according to yc's nick its "happy with 3 friends -- 3 slices of pizza, a packet drink and a dvd....the simple life rocks!" we do this more often k?? =D
n yest's settlers' cafe! very very fun hehe.. laugh till bing4 =D for those who haven heard of it, its a cafe where u can play board games while eating. it has some outlets but we went to the holland v one. had nice company n great fun. esp charades. was so hilarious to see us all tryin our best to act without producing any sound heh. also felt great to hav earned a free 40 mins more hehe.. thanks for the nite wormz!! n oso the nice person who sent us to je =p
todae was a casual shopping trip wif veron. as usual we ended up shopping stuff we dun intend to shop for lolx... oh n i took up a tuition despite not planning to. cos its near my hse! had the first lesson jus now n i reli like the student. the guai guai sweet sweet type =)
tats all folks. hope i will get used to the weird working hrs n mia less often fr the online scene =p
